點樣先減到肥又唔反彈?!

我發覺減肥唔係最難,最難係減完唔反彈呀!!!大家有冇同感?!
同埋有冇人去過Elyze減肥?!因為我join左佢個free trial,但未去,如果佢真係減到肥我打算真係join佢個course呀

我表姊生完BB都有去Elyze減肥呀,我見佢收身收得好好呀

<br>所以當你減到O個度就可以好快瘦到身
<br>同埋佢話Elyze係唔使食藥,而且靠做機同埋低GI飲食
