要日日做運動先有用?

聽人講25歲後會好難減肥,後生一星期做兩次運動已經見效,但一過25就要日日做,仲要好落力,先有成效,係咪真?

做運動減肥最緊要開心但係我好渣....situp都係做到10下,睇黎距離要做到身材有個靚型仲有好遠路
我都好渣嫁, 份人又懶, 係偶爾做下emsculpt, 即係增肌果部機, 個shape會快D現形

係咪好多KOL都去做果部機?好似話可以減脂同時增肌 做半個鐘已經等於人地做左好多下Sit up
