我全身其實都係偏瘦,食極都唔係好長到肉去四肢,淨係贅晒喺個肚到,好少人估唔到好似我咁瘦嘅人,個肚腩竟然可以咁勁,搞到我緊身少少嘅衫都唔敢著,更加唔好話著bikini啦,明明瘦底應該好易搵衫,好易襯,但偏偏我咩衫都著唔到TT

單靠節食唔得嫁, 唔健康又keep唔得耐~ 一係你學我去做emsculpt, 部機可以增肌同時減脂, 每次做30mins就等於做左2萬次腹部運動,訓係度做又唔辛苦~ 做左4次已經見到效果!
