咁真係好麻煩嘛.....
先用香草同蒜頭,當然要連埋鹽一齊放一晚等入味,我自己就鍾意加埋黑椒粒,之後用平pan煎,80%熟就好上碟啦...如果唔食得太生,可以整全熟。記住用olive oil會好啲噃
我覺得最要係塊lamb,之後d香料同做法都好重要,自己就未煮過,不過好鍾意點來食.好味
