Help!!! Anyone heard of " 龍祥旅運有限公司" in causeway bay or mongkok??? I see that their packages are rather cheaper than other travel agencies~~~ Is it reliable??? Please give me some comments. thanks

if too cheap, maybe it's too good to be true!! lots of these small travel agencies are black shops. to get a sense of what the market rate for certain pkg, check out the bigger agencies, Wing On, Hong Thai, etc. the smaller agency can't have the small pkg for such a low price. these agencies will get u to go in, make deposit (or pay in full) and then tell u what u want is full & offer u another (usually more expensive pkg). they will refund u if u don't want to change but waste so much time.
