"playgroup危險要留神

其實playgroup的政府管制並不嚴謹。根據香港立例而言，只要是遊戲小組，而不是補習班的話，便毋須領牌便可以合法開班上課。再者，因為playgroup主要分為兩類，一類是親子的，即由父母陪同參與；而另一種則只是幼兒上課的。因為在家長陪同下提供活動則不屬社署規管，因此playgroup於法例上存有一定灰色地帶。 於衛生安全而言，部分playgroup的廁所只是一般的成人用廁，不論洗手盤的高度還是坐廁的大小尺寸均非為小孩所設，小孩單獨使用時除有一定風險外，亦有衛生的問題。更令人擔憂的是，部分playgroup並沒有窗花的設計，但窗的附近卻有椅子可供小孩站立，因為對小朋友的安全構成一定危險。 此外在消防措施而言，現時大部分playgroup為了租金便宜而選址於唐樓之上，殘舊電線縱橫交錯的情況屢見不鮮，走火通道及防火設施不足等情況更是時有聽聞。有見及此，家長於選擇playgroup的同時，緊記要考慮安全的問題。 "
