出面果的水汪汪下欄野,所謂羊腩煲真係食到厭.

用柱侯醬好唔好味?

淨係用柱侯醬唔夠架,早幾日我整個陣落既醬料香料加加埋埋無10種都8種

就係要徵求有咩食方.

依家係啲老牌醬油舗, 會有一種叫羊肉醬, 已經將好多料都溝好, 用佢嚟炆羊腩好正, 例如係觀塘瑞和街街市後面, 有一間大孖, 好出名, 你可以試吓去買~~~

<br>喺雜貨鋪賣一罌炆羊腩醬,羊腩出水,用小黃薑爆一爆。
<br>加埋馬蹄、冬菇、炆羊腩醬,炆到羊腩諗,或個人喜好既口感。
<br>然後再加入枝竹,再滾一陣,完成。
<br>

<br>一斤羊腩,3大湯匙羊腩醬,如果羊腩炆到差不多完成,試味唔夠濃,可以酌量加羊腩醬,唔會影響整個羊腩煲味道既。
<br>唔需要再配備腐乳醬,否則破壞左羊腩醬&羊腩鮮味。
<br>北角有一間食蛇羹,佢哋既炆羊腩係唔配備腐乳醬,因為炆得好食既羊腩係唔應該配備腐乳醬黎食,太多醬料只係食醬料而唔係欣賞好食既羊腩。

<br>
<br>例如鹽, 一般精製的鹽有大量納. 但如果用海鹽或深層水鹽, 納含量會降底, 其他礦物質會增加, 例金典...

我試過炖羊展,用淮山紀子炖,加少許薑片,好清甜,又有益。
