To get the extender-optimized performance after doing the Linksys RE6700 setup, you must make some changes in its advanced settings. Doing so will allow you to avoid working errors and signal interruptions as well in the network. To access the management portal, use the web browser setup window or use the Linksys WiFi app. After getting there, go to the wireless advanced settings and check both frequency bands working. Also, change the bandwidth channels of the network if there is any requirement. Thereafter, try to change the SSID network name and password so that unauthorized users will log out if there are any.
