    Hi! I bought a BestWay pool several years ago when I could no longer endure this terrible heat. I specifically chose the frame version, as it seemed to me more reliable. Along with the pool, the company provided me with a water filter and a warranty on their equipment. But after a month, my filter started to work poorly and I contacted bestway pools customer service their representative listened carefully to my problem and offered to replace the filter, which I was very happy about.
