成日坐Office下半身肥咗好多

轉左份office工半年,但個個fd都話我下半身漲左…我阿媽仲笑我似大肚:(
其實我食野又唔係食好多,點解會咁???!!
workout都做左2個月,仲未見瘦呀…

長時間坐住d脂肪+食落肚既脂肪>消耗既脂肪係會搞到大patpat+肚腩嫁

我係開office做野,情況都係咁呀,到意識到d肉已經一舊舊,都係要做機完keep住做workout先出現番線條~

我之前都係咁!坐足一日血氣唔運行下半身積曬脂肪又好易水腫:( 仲要成日好攰 放假好想攤足一日 唔點會做運動...... 係一兩個月前頂唔順開始做下運動, 但都好難堅持, 又唔多覺有效, 係做左一個養生療程(個名係Swiss O複方經絡砭石理療, 樓主可以search下details)之後, 佢幫我通淋巴排毒, 等我血氣運行得好d, 又去疲勞同埋水腫, 做完大脾真係冇咁腫, 同埋之後排便暢順左, 個肚都冇咁頂!! 不過我覺得唔可以掙係一尾依賴療程, 我會每日飲至少2L水, 同埋個人開始冇咁攰, 有翻動力做運動, 加上新陳代謝快左, 做運動嘅效果好左好多, 宜家又健康左下半身又fit左, 諗住以後都咁養生!!

佢打散完脂肪細胞會跟住身體個身體代謝排走,配合workout就好快無晒肉感,而家都firm左好多啦~

坐office對腳好易水腫, 你可以試下食隻叫魔豆瘦身, 啲朋友試完都話佢去水幾好,又可以阻隔澱粉吸收,減埋肥
