Need help on choosing slimming treatments!!!!

HI all,
i'm currently looking around for slimming treatments for my girlfriend, and i'm have a headache at it...

i have no clue if those treatments are all worth the money and time, and i've been seeing some huge discount packages on groupon or something... do they worth a try?

Can anyone here share some experiences and results with me plz?

i would like to seek for some helpful advice on this.
