尾 = last one
摸 = 'me 摸" => slow motion
It means women who are always in slow motion and end up at the last one of the queue. :-(

I was not smart enough that time as I was so dedicated, involved and passionated to her. When I woke up, it was too late, too hurt and too injured! hardly survive ... and needed years to recover....
