I am at the late 30s and have to work late today. so... all my plans today are to back home after work, and if not feel tired, to chat a while before sleeping

Good morning! Yes, I slept early and try to keep a "healthier" life. I am 40 years old. If I want to keep my body, I do exercises/sleep early/eat healthy whenever possible. At least, look smart and healthy (actually, I am not ...hohoho...:-))

If I know you will stay late, I will wait for you ....

Good weather today... but really hot!! Any plan for this coming nice weekend?
