減肥唔可以急架, 一定要有恆心,飲食同運動都要控制得好好, 我自己就有減食, 每日運動半個鐘, 仲有買Oenobiol Topslim飲, 都持續左幾個月, 而家都總算有D成績, 同埋成個人健康左.
我成日都諗住去跑步, 但係成日都好鬼懶...而家開始的係心肝做運動
