Is it very difficult to speak better English?

  • The answer is "no".

Bored and boring( both are adjectives)

You can say "I am bored" but you cannot say "I am boring", why?

Because according to Cambridge dictionary, bored is "feeling tired and unhappy because something is not interesting or because you have nothing to do", while boring is "not interesting or exciting".

So you can say "I am bored because the movie is very boring".

    Got it?

  • The verb "seek" can be used as transitive or intransitive verb as in these cases:

I am seeking new friends.(transitive verb), or

The detective is seeking for evidence. (intransitive verb)

It is therefore wrong to say "I am seeking for new friends".
