請問有咩簡單易煮湯水介紹



  • 又想煲啖湯飲下.
    但收工返到屋企都差唔多8點,
    好似冇咩可能煲到湯飲.

  • 薏米枝竹紅蘿蔔煲瘦肉...去濕湯黎架, 我有日係圖書館睇到, 煲1個鐘多dd都ok架啦!





    再簡單d可以去雜貨舖買定10蚊3包清保涼, 收工買舊瘦肉加1包料煲1個鐘就飲得

    簡單既就係先買定雪耳 & 木瓜 or 雪梨 or 蘋果, 同埋南北杏、蜜棗, 瘦肉可以放工後响百佳 or 惠康都有得買, 雪耳返到屋企浸水, 通常唔係浸好耐 (我諗半粒鐘) 就可以發大, 跟住洗一洗乾淨 d 雪耳, 去心, 然後將木瓜 or 雪梨 or 蘋果批皮去核去皮去心, 連同瘦肉蜜棗南北杏放落煲加水煲大約 45 mins, 咁就可以有一個滋潤既湯水可飲, 好清甜既~~
