nasdaq - how long you run each time? fast or slow? you started few months or just few weeks?
it works well for me. Everytime I need to reduce weight, i will start running, say 2 to 3 times a week, approx. 1hr each time, roughly 8-9km.

大概3km,可能無人陪住,難啲堅持

try mp3 (rock). it works for me. help to distract me from my boring breathing noise. ipod shuttle is good, very light weight and cheap. i also run alone. i prefer to do this alone as it is hard to find someone with the same pacement and to match the free time.... good luck. :)
