It's not an easy thing to have a comfortable seat for lunch in central...

It depends on yr 'budget'. There's a Hongkong style resturant at 'Li Yuen St West' called 瑞士咖啡, more spacing for seat and the food is ok, around $30 something for lunch. The other favourite of mine is 'Caffe Habitu' at Huchison house, an Italian cafe, the food are good and got lots of comfortable seats.
