唔係化, 擁有美元一百萬 (港元七百八十萬) 就可以稱為富翁???

全香港約有一百二十萬個私人單位, 約有三成 (三十六萬個單位) 之最低消費要港元一千萬, 加埋他們的汽車 + 股票 + 現金 + 其他投資, 呢三十六萬個業主己經係高級富翁啦 (因為比百萬富翁多錢)

香港約有七百萬人, 咁即係一百個人之中, 有五個人係高級富翁 ...... 咁 she.com 都應該有唔少喎

如果有美元三千萬 (港元兩億三千四百萬), 就可以稱為超級富豪??? ...... 嘩, 咁擁有港元二十億, 又叫做乜呀??? ...... 嘩嘩嘩, 如果擁有港元二百億, 個D又應該點稱呼呢???

小弟愚見, 在香港擁有美元一百萬, 只係普通人一個, 唉 ..........

Your calculation is flaw because:

1/ Rich man like me owns more than one property in HK (average 3) ==> 360,000 luxury properties were owned by approx 120,000 persons/BVI companies

Out of these 120,000 owners, about 2/3 are from Mainland China or i-banks for expats/other foreign investors, leaving HK owners = 40,000

2/ Of 40,000 HK owners, assume 1/2 of them have to pay mortgage and paid only 1/3 down. Of a HKD10 million flat, they still owe banks HK$7 million and only have HK$3 mil equity that can be counted towards their net assets

3/ If 20,000 HK owners are truly billionaire/multi-millionaire like myself, it's only a small percentage of truly wealthy people out of 7 million HK population:-)
