我嘅減肥心得好work.....<br />就係每日只食一餐,仲要係6:00pm前食,好多model都係用呢個方法減肥,又快又掂!!!<br />我淨係每日食一碗魚蛋粉加油菜一碟,已經係我全日食糧.<br />如果OL的話,我建議早餐飲一包鮮奶,午餐食魚蛋粉加油菜,晚餐食一個生果就得.<br />我一個月已經減咗5公斤.....<br />記住6:00pm後唔食嘢先得,如果真係好肚餓只可飲奶或飲湯(唔食渣)或食生果,不過盡量早食,因為只有咁先唔會有肚腩....

習慣咗就唔肚餓,胃口都細埋,要我食都食唔落......<br />好多model都係6:00pm後唔食嘢,只飲流質嘢,因為咁先唔會有食物係個肚度形成肚腩,只飲嘢可以有時間排出體外,如果怕自己肚餓可飲葡萄糖或奶,可補充體力,我建議飲全脂奶先可以頂肚餓.<br />我唔建議人係減肥期間飲脫脂奶或唔食甜嘢,因為已經減緊肥,個人根本體力唔夠,如果再無糖分或油分俾個身體,個人係好易攰同殘無精神,人嘅身體每日都須要油分同糖分維持精神,所以食少量係無問題嘅.....

<br>============================================<br />係好work架,我一個月唔駛都減咗5公所攞.....<br />我油菜都照落油同蠔油,唔須要減到一滴油都唔食,咁啲皮膚會好乾.....有時口痕起身我都照食一杯雪糕無傷大雅.....
