名校女生跳樓亡 3日兩宗首批三三四學生「自己根本無法趕上進度」

 【明報專訊】沙田聖公會曾肇添中學一名15歲少女昨晨墮樓自殺身亡，成為3日內第二名被考試壓垮的名校中三女生。據悉，該名不喜追逐潮流聲色的少女，平時關心社會，卻常孤立於生活圈子外，課餘酷愛史書，卻栽在現代考試制度中。作為首批實踐教改「三三四」新學制的學生，她自言「分數是（升中四）選科的關鍵」，但聖誕前的期考欠佳令她情緒低落，「知道自己根本無法趕上進度」，仍未收到成績單的父母前天為她慶祝生日後，昨凌晨卻有街坊發現她墮樓。警方接報趕至將她送院，惜搶救後不治，初步相信因學業壓力尋死，並無可疑。
 
 墮樓身亡的女生譚雅之，剛滿15歲，與婆婆，父母、弟弟同住於馬鞍山富寶花園第4座某單位。親友指出，她父親在城市大學當電工，母親則為家庭主婦，各人相處非常融洽，對雅之的去世無不痛哭流淚。
 
 聖公會曾肇添中學校長王裕泰表示，雅之在該校就讀中三，生前喜歡長跑和排球，是校內田徑隊代表，王校長曾經親手頒獎給她，盛讚她很用心練習，「性格比較沉靜少出聲，有相熟同學，但校內朋友不多」。事發後，雅之同學紛紛在網上悼念同窗，有同學事後接受心理輔導時感嘆說：「�鬗p組分享時，無一個人係同佢熟，�鬺琣a班入面，有人可以話自己係佢�麊黎艀n友咩？點解唔�鬺A�鰜蛌G陣，同你做一個好好�麊B友！？」
 
 雅之經常在網絡留下自己的寂寞心事，自嘲「早就習慣了自己一個，不需要任何人的陪伴……迷惘了，快考試了……我知道分數的重要，那是選料的關鍵，但我還有一點自知之明，知道自己根本無法趕上進度，很想放棄」。但她喜歡讀黃仁宇的歷史書《萬曆十五年》，又非常關心社會時事，對選舉大事發表意見，又轉載一篇德國統一文章，感嘆兩岸統一困難，王維基辭職事件期間，她說：「理由也許只有一個吧，得罪既得利益者的後果。」但消息指出，雅之考試表現在這所名校中成績屬於下游。
 
 成績下游性格沉靜少朋友
 
 消息指出，家人前日在家聚餐為雅之慶祝生日，朋友、父母均未見她有異樣，有親人更特別向雅之表示，希望她的學業有進步。但王校長表示，她的成績雖然算不上好，但毋須留班，聖誕前的考試結束後，各學生都已經收到試卷，知道自己的分數，但雅之的家長至事發時仍不清楚她的成績。雅之接到成績單當日在網上留下一個痛苦的卡通圖案，謂「完全集中唔到，勁多唔識」。
 
 及至昨凌晨3時許，有途人突然發現雅之倒臥住所樓下，於是報警。
 
 警方接報將其送院搶救，惜返魂乏術，未發現遺書。譚家各人均不明白她何以輕生，警方綜合資料後，初步相信她因為學業問題尋死，並無可疑。

 The body of a shopaholic pensioner has been found by police under a mountain of purchases.

 Joan Cunnane was discovered at her home in Stockport, Greater Manchester after a lengthy search.
 
 Officers say it took several hours to locate her body among the thousands of items piled up in every room.
 
 The 77-year-old, who was last seen on December 26, was reported missing by her friend Roy Moran on Tuesday.
 
 Mr Moran, also 77, said Mrs Cunnane had been a compulsive shopper for at least 15 years.
 
 She would sometimes sleep at his house in Cheadle Hulme as her own bungalow was so full.
 
 
 Everything was stacked up like a hedge and when we went in things started falling down.
 
 Friend who reported shopaholic missing
 
 He said: "When we looked in her house we just could not believe it - it was completely full from floor to ceiling.
 
 "She had thousands of videos stacked up, the whole place was full."
 
 He said Mrs Cunnane started shopping to get out of the house after a group of youths began causing trouble in the area 15 years ago.
 
 "I think that's what started the pattern of her wanting to be out of the house every day," he explained.
 
 "She felt she had to do something, so she went round the shops."
 
 Mr Moran added: "She was not just buying for the sake of buying, everything was bought for a reason, and I think it gave her pleasure."

靈格風清盤破欠難墊支

 【本報訊】靈格風前日突然倒閉，勞工及福利局局長張建宗表示，由於靈格風自願清盤，破產欠薪保障基金難以作出墊支安排；不過，勞工處會與臨時清盤人聯絡，若靈格風最終無法支付員工欠薪，勞工處會協助員工申請將公司強制清盤，讓員工可以申請破欠基金；而持續進修基金辦事處昨收到三名靈格風學員的求助個案。
 
 200 學員受影響
 勞工處及消費者委員會表示，暫未收到任何靈格風員工及學員的求助個案；不過，張建宗指，靈格風有八個課程獲持續進修基金認可，約有二百名學員會受影響，持續進修基金辦事處人員正接觸學員，當局會酌情處理向學員發還款項，但相信涉及金額不多。
 
 因應靈格風突然結業，現代育現代英語中心昨日宣布，為受影響學員提供免費英語課程，持有靈格風單據的受影響學員，可於下月廿八日前往該中心位於旺角的校址，校方將因應學員個別情況及所餘課堂，免費提供十八至七十二小時的英語課程。

孽戀逾兩年感激丈夫原諒

 【本報訊】X太紅杏出牆，與「師爺」石永紅當�韟U自的另一半維持婚外情逾兩年，還幸丈夫對她不離不棄，原諒她之餘，還在她被恐嚇勒索時給予支持及協助，終令她報警成功將被告拘捕。她作供談及丈夫時語氣充滿感激之情，她說被告亦曾因此感到嫉妒，質問她：「點解係要我輸？點解唔係你輸？點解你可以返屋企，我唔可以返屋企？」

 X太供稱，她與被告關係變差後，曾與丈夫傾談，當時丈夫一句「我仲係愛你」，令她決心與被告分手。後來她又將被告給她的光碟拿給丈夫看，雖然內�G載有她的裸照及與被告交歡的片段，惟丈夫看後還是原諒她，只說：「你好傻，點解會畀佢影？」
 
 同樣在律師行當文員的丈夫，亦將她的裸照交給老闆過目，從而向老闆尋求法律意見，又助她回家截住被告寄給父親的裸照，全程跟她一起面對事件。
 
 反之，雖然她與被告分手及發生攝錄機失竊事件後，仍與被告繼續有性行為，但她對被告愈見愈憎惡怨恨，至昨日作供時她還不時指摘被告：「佢無理過我�虞P受，只顧自己�葉惜l，佢唔輸得，係一個好自私�舅H。」
 
 她指雖然被告不斷軟硬兼施要求復合，更出動戒指，但她仍不為所動，後來甚至「我聽到佢把聲都已經覺得好討厭」。

 A Brazilian model has had both hands and feet amputated after suffering a severe urinary infection.

 Mariana Bridi da Costa remains seriously ill following two emergency operations in hospital in Serra, in the south-eastern Brazilian state of Espirito Santo.
 
 Surgeons were forced to amputate when septicaemia set in in her limbs, cutting off circulation.
 
 She had been on the shortlist to represent Brazil at the Miss World contest.
 
 Ms Brindi da Costa's boyfriend Thiago Simoes, told the G1 news website she fell ill on December 30 and was initially diagnosed with kidney stones.
 
 She returned to hospital for tests and was eventually found to be suffering from a potentially fatal bacterial infection.
 
 By then it was too late to save the 20-year-old model's hands and feet.
 
 Ms Brindi da Costa's website is being regularly updated with news of her health.
 
 It also makes a plea for donations to help cover the medical bills and tells people who have the same blood type as the model where they can go to donate blood.

 A student has been decapitated in a cafe at Virginia Tech university, the site of the worst school massacre in US history two years ago.

 Xin Yang's head was cut off with a kitchen knife, just weeks after arriving in the United States from China to study accounting.
 
 Her alleged attacker, Haiyang Zhu, also from China, was arrested at the scene by an officer who arrived less than a minute after receiving an emergency call.
 
 On January 7, he wrote on a Chinese-language blog he had been so frustrated over stock losses and other problems that he thought "only of killing someone or committing suicide".
 
 Miss Xin, 22, was believed to have been having coffee with Haiyang in the campus Au Bon Pain cafe.

 Seven witnesses from the cafe have said there was no argument or shouting prior to the killing on Wednesday at 7pm.
 
 The officer on the scene reported finding 25-year-old Haiyang holding her head in his hand, according to a police affidavit.
 
 He has been charged with first-degree murder.
 
 It is understood the pair had recently made friends and PhD student Haiyang was listed as one of Miss Xin's emergency contacts, according to university records.
 
 He was not known to the university team who deal with mentally disturbed students.
 
 Virginia Tech president Charles Steger said the killing had stirred up memories of the 2007 massacre.
 
 "Once again we are challenged as a community to offer support to one another as we process this recent event. Once again we will rise to the occasion," he said.

 今天農曆年卅晚，是家家團圓的日子。但落馬洲醉駕奪命車禍中，人亡家破的六個家庭，這個新年真難過。當中紮鐵工人張榆霖遺下的現任妻子和四歲女兒，本來昨日一家團聚準備過年，但變成母女來港奔喪。孤苦無依的母女，在車禍現場跪地相擁痛哭，又因來遲一天，不能見到亡夫最後一面，以致痛上加痛。可憐的女兒對媽媽說：「我好想爸爸！」串串淚水提醒每個人「醉駕害人」。
 
 四十八歲的張榆霖，綽號「卓叔」，現任妻子是內地人張潤華（卅九歲），兩人育有四歲女兒張詩婷，一家三口租住深圳新洲北村一單位，卓叔每日則穿梭深港兩地。因卓叔與前妻的離婚手續去年才辦好，故與阿華去年十月才正式在內地註冊結婚。因路途遙遠來遲了一天，阿華和女兒昨日到了殮房，但無緣見卓叔最後一面，晚上帶更加痛苦的心情回到深圳住所。
 
 睹物思人「這個新年怎過？」
 阿華拿出卓叔準備過年穿的新鞋和新衣，睹物思人不禁淚流滿面，哀稱卓叔一直穿開工用的衣服，捨不得買新衣，但再也無機會穿了。她直言痛恨害人司機，令她的「女兒失去好爸爸，令我失去好丈夫！這個新年怎麼過？」
 
 阿華表示，自女兒出生後，便沒有再工作，她還有一名行動不便的母親要照顧，現在丈夫去世，經濟亦陷入困境。女兒婷婷見母親傷心不已，突然說：「我好想爸爸！」令阿華更加傷悲，惟有向女兒解釋「爸爸去了好遠的地方！」婷婷似懂非懂地回應：「不如坐車去找爸爸！」阿華無言以對，只有哭安慰女兒，並捉女兒的手寫了「爸爸」兩個字後，便難忍悲痛倒地，女兒在母親懷中痛哭：「我好想爸爸！」

阿華憶到，因四川家鄉的親人結婚，她於本月十日帶女兒返鄉參加婚宴兼過年，因卓叔想省回機票留給女兒作學費，遂未有同行，而阿華不想卓叔孤伶伶過年，便決定昨日返深圳，打算與辦好年貨返家的丈夫團聚過年。前日阿華在四川突接到香港警方來電，通知她丈夫遇車禍死亡，心急如焚馬上改機票日期，連夜帶女兒飛返深圳，並於昨晨九時許抵港，帶備香燭，甫落車已眼淚奪眶，與女兒奔向現場，抱女兒跪地哭喊，不停地對女兒說：「我們以後沒爸爸了！」女兒也跟哭起來。
 
 錯過認屍無法見最後一面
 兩母女在現場哭拜半小時才離開，先後往社署及警署提供資料，再往富山殮房。可惜認屍在前日已初步完成，昨沒有安排，令她再度傷心欲絕，抱女兒哭成淚人，她表示痛恨當局安排不當，令她仍無法見丈夫最後一面，也許這是母女兩人終生遺憾。
 
 另外，車禍中其他死者家屬，昨日亦到現場拜祭及到殮房辦理身後事，各人都神情哀傷。昨午一時許，紮鐵工人曾鳴的家人一行十五人，帶同道士到現場進行招魂法事，「阿鳴返啦，阿爸返啦」的呼喊聲此起彼落。

【明報專訊】當不少人正憂心金融海嘯第二波何時來襲，一度身家過億的劉振輝顯得雲淡風輕﹕廿多年豪慣嘆慣、渡過多次金融危機，一度坐擁10多間豪宅、名車、遊艇，「差點想買埋飛機」；但2003年一場SARS 將他重重摔下來，一夜間欠債11億元。失業4年，做過掃街，去年尾，這名「落難富豪」到再培訓局「接受再培訓」。由零開始，先學習發電郵，亦因一封電郵，為他帶來新工作。
 
 享受過別人幾世的財富經歷，現年53歲的劉振輝說﹕「金錢只是數字遊戲，人生亦如風浪，到達低點時，定會再起。」
 
 劉振輝從事印刷起家，1978年當學徒，之後開廠，高峰時在內地有5間印刷廠，員工5000人，同時經營紙張買賣。他不諱言於80年代靠炒賣期金及地產，掙得第一桶金，「當時最鍾意買舊樓單位，10幾萬元買入，裝修一下，20幾萬賣出，都幾好賺……」
 
 這名前富豪對自己高峰期有多少身家完全沒有概念，他說﹕「秘書幫我打理一切，她可能清楚過我。」較為可以清楚交代的是﹕曾有10多間豪宅、3輛平治、一艘價值680萬元的遊艇，歌星王菲也是他的鄰居。
 
 歷兩金融風暴投資豪宅一鋪清
 
 劉振輝一直順風順水，公司主攻商品印刷，美心、馬莎百貨都是客戶，他形容「印刷廠生意（好得）好似印銀紙」。他經常到酒店歎茶，與一眾富豪研究「今日炒啲乜」，他笑言﹕「無嘢炒時，炒粟子都得」。
 
 言談間，劉振輝充分顯示其自信一面﹕「1982年第一個金融風暴未驚過、97年第二個金融風暴亦未驚過。」可是，「03年的SARS，卻因為太自信，投資的10多個豪宅全軍覆沒，一夜欠債11億元。」2004年，他被銀行申請破產。據法庭紀錄，單是被追討的現金債項已有3000萬元，還未計樓宇按揭欠款。
 
 劉振輝坦言﹕「不貪，就不會輸」，但「2002年我深愛的太太離世，對我打擊很大」，加上他的自大性格，不聽別人勸告，皆為他的失敗埋下伏筆。
 
 學打e-mail覓得工作
 
 破產後，他想過自殺，但一想到一對子女便打消死念。失業近4年，為了生計，他去年當上掃街工人，「起初會將太陽帽拉低些，以防撞到熟人」，但做了數個月又覺得很充實。劉振輝也曾找過印刷廠工作，但他苦笑說﹕「可能自己風光時仇家太多，見工時，對方的回覆往往是﹕『輝哥，你咪玩我啦，我點請得起你呀？』」
 
 破產期間，劉振輝情緒很低落，至最近在朋友介紹下，到再培訓局培訓及就業資源中心碰碰運氣。在學習及搵工的過程中，他發現社會變了，「原來現時搵工是靠e-mail（電郵）的，根本不會有公司地址！」
 
 「金錢只是數字夠用便可以」
 
 被人服侍了幾十年，只有中三學歷的劉振輝老老實實地學電腦、學輸入法，別人學1小時，他要學3小時。結果，他的新工作正是透過電郵覓得，過了農曆新年後，他會北上，管理一間有3000多人的內地印刷廠。
 
 回首往事，劉振輝認真地說﹕「金錢只是一堆數字，夠用便可以，最重要朋友、家人在身邊，身體健康！」

深圳黑巴劫乘客女子稱全身「山寨」貨避一劫

 【明報專訊】廣東又發生懷疑冒牌長途巴騙客上車行劫案。前日，一輛從深圳龍華開往東莞的大巴遇劫，車上十數名乘客的手機、錢物被搶，其中一名男子因拒絕交出手機遭歹徒暴打，血流披面。而另一名女子機智地拿出一部陳舊手機，聲稱身上名牌都是「山寨」（仿冒）貨，幸運逃過一劫。
 
 據《南方都市報》報道，當日中午12時許，何姓女子欲從龍華去東莞，由於春節期間車票難買，無法買到巴士公司的車票，後來在巴士站外看到一輛東莞牌照的大巴，標明「開往樟木頭、塘廈、東莞」，於是上車，當時車上還有十數名乘客。
 
 男客拒交手機遭暴打
 
 據何女士介紹，巴士行至公明黃江公路時，上來7、8名男子。幾分鐘後，幾名男子從車前座開始行動，聲稱「把錢和手機交出來」，前座的乘客不得不乖乖交出錢物，也有人被強行搜身後趕下車。其中一名坐在車後座的瘦高男子不願交出新買的諾基亞N95手機，立即遭到幾名男子的拳打腳踢，流着血被趕下車。坐在後排的何女士眼明手快，將僅有的100元人民幣藏了起來，拿出一個陳舊的內地產「康佳」手機，表示身上的名牌都是「山寨」貨，並稱手機�埵s了大部分的客戶資料，就靠這點客戶吃飯了，並向歹徒說「你們也知道在深圳有多難混」。結果，劫匪將手機退回給何女士。
 
 被搶的男子馬先生懷疑該輛巴士司機、售票員和搶錢的可能是一伙人。這類案件過去在珠三角地區層發生過，近年已少見，他希望能引起當局重視。龍華汽車站證實該車係東莞牌照，據查可能是一輛黑車。警方表示，已接到多人報案稱被搶劫，警方目前正在展開調查

校園精英兩死者交損友濫藥

 在車禍中不幸罹難的張芷君和楊綺妮均屬眼大大、愛化濃妝的美少女一族，兩人一動一靜，一個是田徑場的常勝客，另一個則是吹奏牧童笛的好手，儘管她們近年誤入歧途，更疑曾染濫藥陋習，但兩人在父母的心目中，仍然是最疼錫的乖乖女，家人昨到現場拜祭時傷心欲絕，哭至斷腸，張母更泣喚：「點解累埋我個女？」
 
 田徑健將及牧童笛好手
 貌似台灣女歌手劉若英的張芷君，與同行的死傷者均是元朗居民，大部分都在區內讀書或居住。現時讀中二的芷君，小學時好動活躍，她形容自己「很有運動細胞」，曾在多個田徑個人及團體接力賽中奪得獎項。她跟人稱「妮妮」的楊綺妮都樣貌娟好，兩人平日愛穿短裙，打扮新潮，又愛化濃妝，感情要好。
 
 楊綺妮曾就讀天水圍伊利沙伯舊生會中學，父母已離異，她與兩名十歲和四歲弟弟隨父親同住。楊在小學時，熱愛吹奏牧童笛，多次在比賽中獲得殊榮。不過，她與張女升中後誤交損友，經常煙不離手，張曾在網誌自爆染上濫藥陋習，楊早前更因濫藥惹上官非，今日原要返警署報到。
 
 意外後，兩名死者家人和親友分別攜同香燭、薯片及香煙到現場路祭。張的父母頻喚：「芷君，返呀！」張母更一度情緒崩潰，哭至呼天搶地，怒斥女司機：「點解累埋我個女？」現正失業的張父斥責政府遲遲不立例，嚴格執行私家車新手掛「Ｐ」牌。他形容女兒雖成績普通，但生性乖巧，家人傷心欲絕。
 
 至於楊的女親友先帶同其十歲弟弟抵達，楊母隨後乘車趕至時，甫下車即情緒激動，要親人攙扶。在焚燒冥鏹時，楊母不時喃喃自語：「綺妮，媽咪好掛住你，你安心去啦！唔好畀人蝦，今晚返搵媽咪啦！」另外，兩名死者的近卅名青年男女友人亦在現場路祭，各人神情哀傷。
 
 司機讀毅進愛男性打扮
 張的友人昨在網上留言悼念：「點解佢咁細個就要發生咁事呢？佢好多都仲未經歷過！點解個天要咁對佢？」
 
 至於肇事女司機劉倩婷蓄短髮，愛作男性化打扮，現時正修讀毅進課程，半年前才考獲車牌，平日向胞姊借用肇事的私家車駕駛，經常載同一班好姊妹在元朗區兜風。

 巴士阿叔「壓力論」一罵成名後， YouTube 又出現一段約四分半鐘長，題為《地鐵夫婦： ``Shame of Hong Kong ！（香港之恥） ” 》的三人互罵片段，上載網上大半天已有逾六千五百次點擊率。片中只見一對男女連珠炮發中英夾雜破口大罵另一名男子：「自己走走去」、「你跳 Break Dance （霹靂舞）你事 … … You are moving ， not me ！（係你走走去，唔係我）」；片末該對男女斥對方：「 Shame of Hong Kong （香港之恥）！」不過，留言網友均批評這對男女影衰港人：「真係 Rubbish （垃圾）喇！」
 
 片段由低角度拍攝被指為「夫婦」的一對男女，而被罵男子未被攝入鏡，上周五晚由網民 Keithsoho 上載至 YouTube ，截至昨日中午轉為私人模式前，短短十多小時已有逾六千五百次點擊率，據上載者留言，片段攝於年初五，而他坐在罵人者身旁。而在相信是拍片者撰寫的網誌中指，他目擊事發經過，罵人女子「翹腳坐」，列車行駛時的擺動令她的鞋子輕輕踢到站在前面的被罵男者長褲，該男子說出一句：「嘩，睇住喎。」罵戰隨即展開。
 
 互罵「八婆」「八公」
 只見該女子罵人時一直揮舞縮骨遮，初段見她謂：「你自己走走去你事，唔好話我揩親你 … … You are moving ， Not me ！」又斥對方：「咁多位唔企係要企響我前面，未見過女人呀？」被罵者反駁幾句，婦人續斥責道：「你就最好去做 Talk Show （棟篤笑），許冠文都唔夠你 Talk （講）呀 … … Stay away from me 呀（離開我遠）！」
 
 而坐在該女子旁的男子全程「幫口」，指摘對方「你又要特登走挑釁」，又指對方手部動作令「隔籬個 Lady （女士）畀你整親。」有其他乘客嘗試勸止，三人反愈鬧愈烈，互罵「八婆」、「八公」，婦人在片段末更道：「 Go to hell ！（下地獄吧）」，之後這對男女連珠炮發地說：「人渣」、「垃圾」，被罵男子回應道：「咁都有！」之後，該女子斥喝道：「 Shame of Hong Kong （香港之恥）！」片段不久即完結。
 
 網民斥夫婦「垃圾」
 在 YouTube 留言的網友均批評該對中英並用罵人的男女的言行，指「呢兩公婆就真係 Rubbish （垃圾）」，是潑婦罵街、蠻不講理，有人更揶揄二人是「模範夫婦」、婦人的英文「屎」，影衰香港人，又笑言「將來呢段片會同巴士阿叔一樣咁紅」。不過，亦有人嘆指本港地少人多，生活環境狹窄，「每個人空間小，自然心情煩躁。」
 
 片段前晚上載網上至昨中午前由公開轉為私人模式，稍後時間同一片段加入版權字句後以近似題目再上載網上。
