-店員 劣差 產品 knowledge

-我話明需要的產品功能, 女sales 推銷時話得我才買,回家後發現原來沒我需要的功能. 我回店問,四眼cashier話我買的係沒我要的功能. 我找回女sales, she still said 賣比我的是有我要的功能.

So I asked for money back, 四眼cashier話無可能, 話係我責任check清楚D specification on the box. 但個box全是日文. 我話女sales 剛剛承認佢話有這功能, 現在係貨不對版. 女sales 就話個日serve我唔係話,話無話過得...但我知佢講大話. 之後四眼cashier就洗開女sales,等我不能再跟講錯嘢女sales對責. 之後四眼cashier無禮要我走,話佢D staff無講過有我要的功能. 話信佢D staff唔信我. 我話要找老板,佢話無.一肚氣
