五十年代退休一族

男未休 ,始終五十幾歲,保養得更好也不及三十來歲女人吧.

反過來我希望可以認識sein,看看如何保養可以四十出頭而看上去三十不到呢.

假如我如你想像仍很有吸引力,那又如何呢?有吸引力的女人很自然有她的要求,並不會因年紀問題而隨便接受一些看不上眼的男人呢.

Do gym for twice a week is already good. I am very lazy. Mostly once a week only. I am divorced and still a working mother, going to be 50 soon.

I sleep quite early night time.

Rita, why don't u expect to find another partner in yr life? But at least try? Or maybe just friends, sometimes I found men can give some other gd ideas, maybe they see things not like women. We can learn things from them. Just making friends, make the relation simple.

Anything to do today? I will bring my child to some activities.

頸纹好多人是天生的, <------- Basically YES

我有幾個朋友年近六十,一條頸纹都沒有,

有些朋友三十出頭已經幾條頸纹,好像藝人宣萱只是三十出頭,已經有明顯頸纹,還有顧紀均不過五十,好早已出現嚴重頸纹,經常戴頸箍以掩飾. <---- Yes

有說,眼睛四周圍的眼纹最容易看出老態, <------ Sure

譚詠麟外表雖然保持得很好,面部皮膚看上去還緊緻,<---- cos of 羊胎素

可是眼睛四周圍的眼纹非常嚴重,不露笑容也難掩飾. <-------- he may need some Botox

另一位是陳秀珠,她該是五十不到吧,眼睛深陷鬆弛有皺紋,看上去已一把年紀. <----- Yes, quite terrible

所以後天保養也得先天有好的條件呢.

Hi Johnny,

I hv another question to ask! I hv a thyroid tumor on my neck which I am taking a medicine call T4. Can I take it for life? Any side effect? For I don't want to hv another operation again. I just hv one. I see whether u know the answer?!

Hi Johnny,

U are right, charm comes from inside. Its maybe because of I am having a character who never angry with anyone and even though I come across any unhappiness (divorce or sickness), its seems no big deal to me. Also, I am easily to forget unhappiness. Its causes my outlook still young. But of course, my eyes and skin betray my age! But I still hv expectations in my life. A gd work and a better half.

Besides that, Johnny, u are really like a fortune teller, u can see through things!

由於沒有工作,已習慣晚睡晏起,體重已增加6-7磅,有點不習慣那多餘脂肪,從來沒試過現在的體重,過往稍一增加數磅,積極地減,例如午餐素食,積極做運動,1-2個月便減去6-7磅,保持著數十年不變的體形.

現在不單只減不到,仍然原封不動,氣死人啦. :(

Maybe u set a timetable to wake up lets say 8:00 am daily (like going to work), then go to gym three times a day. One of my friend like this, she is almost going to 60. Her health is gd and keep weight.

mariesmchan , 8:00 am 太早了,漫漫長日,沒可能安排消磨一整天時間.我有去做gym&facial.從前一班朋友很多節目的,那是二十年前的事了,那時候有試過沒工作一段時間,每天節目安排緊湊,下午茶經常去怡東酒店長廊或置地廣場噴水池coffee shop.

在那個地方可以消磨整個下午,包括shopping晚飯直落,一天很容易便過了.

那個時候我的朋友年紀都比我大上十年以上,他們都是食飽無憂米的闊太,跟他們一起不愁沒節目,後來因重新投入工作,沒有繼續來往了,早前在飯店曾經遇上她們,她們已變了老太婆,聞說她們轉移北上玩樂了.

從命格中可以看得出一個人的性格,從性格中又可看得出一個人的命運,很玄妙的呢.

Is it different life of people has been arranged by God, we cannot change it?

it's not GOD, but, basically 好醜命生成

you can change 運 to certain extent

and improve by 風水 long and short term

the rest left to your ownself...lots of factors
