工人是否指外傭？她們買餸比我們到街市平，因為要買$１或$２都得，但我們到街市想買餸買$7會變$10。

也要看你吃什麽才可定價，你叫工人每日買完什麽寫出來，先比幾百，慢慢便知耍幾多錢買餸啦！

仲要睇吓要佢去邊度買餸, 超市跟街市 d 餸既價錢都好有分別呀. 好似我呀媽咁, 日日要食新鮮魚同煲湯, $3000 就好緊啦.

of couse depends on what you eat la.

for buying dishes only ,

personally think it's quite enough even you boil soup everynight.

but if $3000 inclusive rice, oil,..etc.

then it would be a little tight.

for your reference, my family is 2adult1baby plus maid.

our family 'food buget' is also 3000.

inclusive snack,fruit,rice,..etc.

but we only boil soup twice a week.

and sometimes we ear very simple maybe fried 'woo tung'' that cost very cheap.

but the above 3000 can't inclusive 花膠燕萵等la...

for my family, I give my maid $100 everyday for her to buy grocery when we ear in ( I think it is better as sometimes we eat out and she can just cook some stuff from the fridge or noodles herself), she return any leftover, and will write down what she bought and how much she spend.

For our meal we get 1 fish, 1 soup (sometimes just veg soup, sometimes long boil soup) 1 veg, 1 meat dish.
