watch american tv with English subtitles. you will hear the way they speak and learn the spelling of the words at the same time. reading out loud is also helpful.

I agree with the above sugestions. Watching US films with Eng. subtitles is quite useful becuz u can learn how to speak, not how to read out. Moreover, u can practise the ability of listening also.

想練listening, 可以睇多啲英文台既節目, 唔好睇有中文字幕既因為你會不期然睇住啲字幕而唔會留心聽.
至於oral skill, 最好梗係多啲同外國人傾計啦,佢地唔會介意你既grammer錯, 但錯得好離譜佢地都會糾正你既, 唔會笑你喎! 同埋你自己要放膽去講, 唔好驚瘀或者講錯野, 其實講得多自然流利ga la, 俾心機!
