There are two types haemorrhoid, one is growing inside and the other is the outside which u may feel it, yet sometimes they are just skin fold and u need not worry much...

External pile can be settled with ointment (eg xyloproct)
<br>Internal pile can be settled with banding/ suppository /minimal invasive surgery
