a lot of cancer patients started with no sleep or sleep very very late, eat very very well, wee-wee-wet-wet as much as possible ................
............ w/o realising that the body has it's limits. Cancer only attack people whose body are weak in their 'anti-bodies'.

i am also an early bird... my sleep time is 1030-11pm. everytime hang out with friends, having late dinner 9pm my head and eyes become so painful, next day is tire & body is heavy.
