今日出左Salary review,"加"左人工,拿左bonus,但我好嬲,好唔開心,想問下大家意見,睇下我可點拿回我應得既嘢.如果拿唔到,睇下有冇辦法告間公司。thanks.(將會一五一十同大家講)





  • 我今年25歲,2005年我入呢間公司做marketing evecutive(算係大公司),人工$10,500.有ot. 平均一個月有16-17k.呢份工非常辛苦,我每晚做到12點幾,第2朝又9點僕番公司,呢種非人生活一直冇停過。2005年尾,老板認同我既能力同dedication, 升左我做SME,但升左之後會冇左ot,而salary最多只可提升7%,所以我同上司反映我既concern,最後,我升了做SME, keep番有ot payment, 但只是升external grading,internal grading冇轉。人工加左少少,加到$11,240,算係咁。





    一直stay係呢間公司,真係好辛苦,做到個人殘哂不特只,仲周身病痛,而且我在呢一行算係underpay,所以決定另謀高就,2006年6月,我找到一間更大的公司請我,人工$15,500,有13個月加bonus,我向上司S請辭,惡夢就開始了



  • 上司S用新公司的月薪留我,我reject左佢2次,第3次的時候,佢同我講話佢有左,好想我留低幫佢手,又喊,又話會下年升我做AM,我考慮左一陣,除左人工OK之外,見佢喊,對公司又有多少感情,所以我決定stay.當我reject新公司之後,上司S同我講,因為公司HR係規定只可以年尾做appraisal時提出review salary,同埋要4月先可以加到人工,所以上司S同老板L就商量以bonus既形式出新舊人工既差額俾我,時間係4月,再年尾幫我review人工.當時雖然感到被騙,但見到佢地誠懇既表情,我只好答應,我亦要求老板L同公司letterhead出番一封證明,起碼個人會安心d,佢地亦都答應,但等了又等,一個月後,老板L終於出左呢封證明,但只係mention到retention bonus,冇提到salary review,我深知不妙,同上司S反映,佢答左我一句"nothing is guaranteed".我當時好嬲,但冇計,已經reject左新公司,而上司S亦都話會幫我fight,又提到已經同大大大老板傾過,口頭承諾左,我只好accept, 一齊等下年3月.2006年的appraisal,上司S同老板L對我的評價不錯,confirm話會升我做AM,3月就會公佈,我心想,就算人工加唔到,但拿個title都好...可惜今日收信了,結果是......



  • 人工加左幾百蚊, title都係SME,而bonus係$30,100,即只是7個月的人工差額多少少,而且,"升"左SME,我就冇左OT,即係話,人工不加且減.各位經驗豐富既網友,如果你係我,你會點做?可以做D咩先可以攞得番公司之前promise過我既野?

    咁佢生左仔唔駛人替,利用完利囉...


    既然係咁,你仍可以出去搵第二份工.


    就算你搵返之前請你那公司,都可以解釋你係一個有情有義既人,因為上司大肚,要人幫忙,可能之前請你間公司都會考慮請返你既.





    而你舊公司,佢留你,可能因為你上司大肚冇人頂替,咁利用你多一年囉,而佢唔再加,係因為諗到你之前都想走,已經冇歸屬感,所以利用完你就加唔加人工都冇所謂,你遲早都會走,所以就唔加你咁多.





    老闆無情,伙記無義,係不變定率啦!





    當學多樣野,老闆都係睇下你仲有幾多利用價值o者.



  • 我覺得,到咁既地步,不妨去其他公司見識一下,或者有更好發展呢! 佢可以今日咁對你,你以前將來有甚麼原因令佢地再變得對你好呢?





    你自己諗諗丫,佢可以比咁既offer 你,你爭取都冇用. 唔信你試下丫拿,睇佢會唔會因為你同佢爭取會比多好多你呢? 佢都可以再次同你講 nothing is guarantee ~

  • 我o既故事﹕





    響某一年,我響一間大公司做temp,簽約三個月,原本都係諗住temp完咪算。點知到差唔多約滿,佢話想同我再簽多兩個月,但係其實另外我朋友係大學lecturer,佢話想搵個temp,人工聽講都成皮(不過係初步,未傾)於是我都無諗住續,兼佢出手都幾低。於是我reject o左佢。





    後來點知佢又再同我講,人工加好多,兼繼續 keep有ot,同埋未到喊,不過就好慘咁,兼佢promise話完呢張約會轉我做長工。我因為都想繼續響呢行發展,ok,簽啦咁。





    點知…到新約第二個月度,個project差唔多完,佢開始變臉,或者你地會話我小器,但係真係見微之著,例如公司有聯繫o既公司送o左好多生果o黎,每個dept都會分幾箱,但係偏偏第二個dept同事拿佢地dept(因為我坐響佢地附近)o既水果俾我,而呢個上司眼尾都無理我。我心知不妙,幸好當時我舊上司響呢間公司做,而佢直接間接都叫管我呢個dept,眼見約就滿,無人理我,我於是好大膽咁同呢個舊上司傾。





    由於合作過,呢間公司亦會成立新dept,所以同舊上司傾好到時轉去呢個dept,兼佢再同佢上司講o左,佢都話無問題。一直追問都無問題。





    點知…到我臨滿約一星期度,就有另一個同事傳話,話hr唔準咁轉,我真係呆o左,大佬,中層上司,高層上司都話可以俾我轉長工,偏偏hr唔俾?





    但係可以講咩?人地又無同你簽任何contract,所以,我以後同自己講﹕唔好同公司講感情,有好發展就要走。

  • 上司S仔就生完,但佢番唔到公司,因為誠信問題,佢俾人炒魷了.老板L上年年尾離開左公司,而家真係叫做死無對證.當時佢地2個口口聲聲話大大老板應承左,老板L走前都係同我講同一番說話,點知結果係咁. 其實我有D email support, 係我同上司discuss 個salary點計,唔知有冇用....

    你講得好岩,我諗我以後都唔會信任何公司,任何老板講既野.呢個教訓好大.





    今日同新老板傾呢件事,佢話好同情我,但佢幫我唔到,因為even佢係阿head都唔可以adjust任何人的salary. 佢話"work hard this year, stay with us. i will pay for you next year" 又係順口開河.

    你都分析得岩,但係上手老板同上司在職既時候係公司高層,佢地suppose係代表公司架ma.唔知有冇人知道勞工法例有冇cover到呢灰色地帶..?

  • 很替你不值, 我都試過比人利用, 不過無你咁慘, 因為o個份工我都唔想做, 不過就見識過咩野叫做賤人, 講過d野唔算數, 我諗間間公司都會係咁架喇! 無人會同你講感情, 只會同你講利益......





    同埋, 公司都知道你"曾經"有去意, 你覺得公司仲會重用你嗎? 仲會幫你"輝"番d人工嗎?


    我覺得佢地只會係敷衍你, 等你繼續幫佢地做野, 你都講你上司s比人炒左, 咁都要有人跟佢d野架嘛, 到到第日, 佢地搵到另一個更好既人選幫佢地, 就會以一d好唔合理既理由炒左你, 等你唔駛再同佢地爭論"呢個問題"!!


    我唔知我咁分析岩唔岩, 不過如果我係你既話, 我就會搵過份工, 可能分分鐘仲會好offer過你上次搵o個份呢, 到時你咪同公司resign囉, 話之佢d野攪唔掂又好點都好, 心軟無用架, d公司好賤架!

  • 其實工作關係既人, 始終小心d好, 樣樣依正程序, 亦唔好expect人地一定對你好, 以前我有個舊同學佢同上司關係一直好好, 在公在私都好好 (例如我同學有家事佢上司都好言相向安慰), 有一天, 我同學找到新工resign啦, 佢以為大家一直關係咁好, 早一兩星期走應該實無問題啦(resign 要兩個月通知), 點知個上司見佢resign, 即刻反面啦, 早走?! 你補番足錢至好走呀! 商場關係紙咁薄架咋!

    喺另一個角度去睇,妳可以將今次嘅事當係交學費,妳仲咁後生,我反而覺得呢件事喺妳人生裡面對妳嘅得著比妳嘅損失多. (自己諗諗點解啦...)

    我的確有咁諗過,因為我當時覺得公司高層承諾過既野,係有binding既,而且我唔試下同佢講,點知一定唔得.得唔得都要試下,唔得都唔使死.不過今日聽完大家講,知道我最錯既就係太心軟,太天真太易信人.當時見住個大肚婆對住我喊,我就好似被迷左魂咁...唉....





    而家咁,劃樹我都諗住走,走之前我都唔怕再同公司傾下la.一路搵工一路傾.不過我唔知點傾.

  • 我以前有個大學同學又係咁, 出黎做野第一次遲工, 俾個老闆用軟工留, 佢又應承, 結果雖然冇咩損失, 但係根本就係磋跎歲月. 上面講得啱, 職場無情講, 好現實.








    以前做份工做左三個月, 有大學收我去讀跟住辭職, d人既口面即刻變曬, 唔同我講野, 食飯都冇叫我啦!

    you know that, only you talked with your boss and superior and no other person as an evidence. so verbal contract is not a deal. You should get black & white promise when you decided to stay in your old company. Once you decided to leave the old company, dont think about to stay after your presentation of resignation letter. Your boss would only to 'play games' on you. Dont even trust this kind of thing next time.





    I've got a colleague, she worked in our HK branch and requested strongly to transfer to Kowloon branch for lots of time, finally she's success because lots of dept knew her history. she is a kind of person just making noises for everything and everybody hates her very much. Some colleagues even think she's disaster.





    One day she stood up suddenly and presented her resignation letter in front of all staff when his boss passing by her seat. (She had signed a contract with another company). All staff was surprised by her manner. One day after, she withdrew her letter and decided to stay because her boss strongly invited her to stay. All staff thought the boss is crazy cos everyone thought she's useless, only problems creator. I asked my colleage was she breach of contract, they said one day she didnt work for the new company, she had no liability.





    I dont know but I think she's very lucky and crazy.





    I have resigned and my boss strongly wants me to stay but I've rejected for 2 times because after I'd made up my mind, I look forward for brighter future.





    Dont look back and feel regret.

    我以前有個同事, 老闆對佢好差, 後來佢�M到份新工20k, 佢當時人工好似18k上下, 個老細留佢, 加到佢20k, 比我實走, 但唔知點解佢又應承留低, 個時係年底, 又audit, 2個月後, 個老闆用完用盡就炒左佢, bouns又無, 只係補左一個月.


    所以我一向resign左就唔留, 以前有個上司一路keep住我封resign letter唔比hr, 我直頭send個email比hr話我幾時幾日已經resign, 等佢keep住都無用.
