食水果囉. 其實3餐正餐的份量合適的話, 應該可以避免吃下午茶. 我以前都買好多餅乾同糖果朱古力...後來發覺肚腩越黎越大, 所以慢慢戒, 其實都係心癮姐, 真係肚餓的時候先食囉.
邊種蛋卷?好長那種傳統蛋卷或者短小精幹GARDEN 蛋卷?前者好肥,雖然一陣 風就食完,我估每條有成200 calories. 後者差很遠.
