請問你們購買食物時有沒有除了看expire date , 還有沒有看 nutrition 的成份呢?有沒有發現那一隻牌子的成份較差,相比之間,又那一隻較佳才買!開這個post 並不是個人主觀,而是想互相提點....

    有時真係唔識計算,不過真係要好好研究,社會越發達,食物越吸引,人類就越不健康



  • 低鹽(綠蓋)萬字醬油


    Wesson canola oil





    薯片戒了兩年...以前吃Lays, 從不敢吃卡樂B....但後期未戒前改吃Utz ... 這隻牌子鹽份較低,味道媲美 Lays



  • 我對made in china 的衣服極為捧場


    但對從中國大陸運來的食物或零食真係幾經思量又思量........多數擺番上架

    所以現在攪到好多餅乾唔敢食....


    本來很喜歡吃 Napolitaner -


    Loacker 威化餅


    但卡路裡...fat...勁甜


    現只間中吃義美的芋頭味...或唔吃





    pepperidgefarm...的餅也是好吃但無益


    但麥包就信得過

  • The world is getting interesting now. It seems the more we know about food the more we dare not to eat anything. I once worried about it before but I don't really care very much now since it is out of my control.



  • When I know more about what I'm eating, it encourages me to cook, because I could control the ingredians, usually I choose not eating snack.


    Of cause cooking takes time! And refuse eating snack needs a lot of will power! So far, I can management :)



  • 我一定睇exp date,會揀最耐放的.





    food label我主要睇fat,carbs同sodium,反而其他nutrients唔太注重.



  • 我會睇到期日,同成份表,如果有nutrition fact有時都會望下,但唔一定睇,因為如果要比較通常都要計數,所以唔會花好多時間望。

    好似擦麵包的醬,睇到眼花...最近搵到幾種較為健康的....


    杏仁醬


    腰果醬


    太陽花種子醬(sunflower seed butter)


    low sodium & 0 trans fat





    與一般花生醬比較,真係低好多,其實日常必要吃的食物,真係要小心選擇(我是不信廣告的人)

    About the 0 trans fat. Just watched a program last week. It said 0 trans fat was not equal to 0 trans fat there i the food.


    According to the handbook in USA, manufacturers can state their products with 0 trans fat if it contains less than 0.5 trans fat per unit in the products.
