用vcd cutter, or



press ctrl and alt together, and while you are still holding these two buttons, you press (print screen) on the far right of the keyboard.



go to whatever program you wnat to paste the picture, click the right mouse button, and select "paste on"

我試過press alt+ctrl再print screen但係paste唔到段野wo,只係個windowplayer既畫面,,

vcd cutter係where dl到呢

你去window media player, choose tool, 其中performance一項, 有個overlay function, 你unclick佢, 然後再run過部computer喇
