我上個月我個knee骨拆,做左手術,入面有條鐵(醫生話唔羅番出來),想知日後做運 動有無問題呢? yoga,跑步,打羽毛球...有無影響?Thanks!

<br>I don't have the "plate" in my knee, but screws. Remember listen to Dr. How long you will need to rest, and rest the longest time you can.

<br>I had operation 10s years ago. I am still playing bball, badminton, pilates..
