<br>Maybe your metabolic rate still high. So it is not so easy to store fat in your body.
<br>
<br>And , in my knowledge, eat less and drink water can easily lose muscle.
<br>Not good to hold your shape.

i also want to keep fit but i have not join any gym~!!!i just swim ~~!i think it's ok ~!i am male

ling,<br /><br />5呎3, 88lb, 太瘦喇,,唔healthy, <br /><br />介完煙之後嗰啲係水腫, 唔係肥.<br /><br />一日一包煙係好多架喇, 而且食煙好易有骨質疏鬆, 就其係女性. 小心呀!
