Sharing is another important message for this festival. When we see the smile in another person's face because they're happy about what we shared, we feel happy too.
To make our Christmas Tea Party more meaningful, we would like to ask you to bring your pre-loved prescription or nonprescription glasses or sunglasses to join the "Give the Gift of Sight" program (www.givethegiftofsight.org), charitable program providing free vision of eyewear to underprivileged individuals in developing countries.

Your used eyewear can make a world of difference to someone who can't see clearly. Did you know that around the world over 250 million people suffer from poor vision because they have no access to or they cannot afford eye care? A simple pair of glasses provided a child with the ability to learn in school & enable an adult to find a job and enjoy independence and increased quality of life. Collection boxes will be placed in the pantry of each floor from Dec 15 to Dec 19 for your glasses donation.
