<br>但舉鐵時既強度亦都要配合,因為肌肉纖維係定數,,肌肥大只係令肌肉
<br>纖維增粗,而要令肌纖增粗就要蛋白質配合適當既重量同組數去配合,
<br>當然,正確既姿勢亦好重要,而妳所講既方法係唔work 既,,
