went to gym last nite 4 2hr after being lazybone half month. then up early this morning jogging.. im crazy ar.. i slept v well except muscles aching. will catch up my sleep soon.. hehe..

zaza, i wont say i like to go gym. i prefer playing badminton or squash, hiking or swimming.. gym is the last option..
