我份人好鐘意早瞓..但偏偏香港一般人娛樂都會好夜..好多活動我都唔0岩join

我都已經好少出夜街同埋夜晚同人msn啦.
因為我要盡量o係11點前依個肝臟最佳排毒時間訓, 有時都有d斷六親既感覺架.

原來真係有人好似我咁..我都知道咁樣斷六親咁..但我好衰,一夜瞓少少..第二日就頭痛成個人好累累得好緊要..乜夜晚活動好玩d咩...都唔明d人點解要咁夜..

呢幾年都係凌晨2點咁上下先訓.

............ w/o realising that the body has it's limits. Cancer only attack people whose body are weak in their 'anti-bodies'.

i am also an early bird... my sleep time is 1030-11pm. everytime hang out with friends, having late dinner 9pm my head and eyes become so painful, next day is tire & body is heavy.
