m到前要+多d血醣, 先夠力排月經ga...
差唔多m到前, 唔好刻意減lb 住, 否則個人體力唔夠, 心情都會好燥.
m最後果1,2day, if 唔係涼底, 可以去飲24味, 可以令殘餘月經清乾淨d, 人都輕鬆d, 減少將來子宮癌機會.

I am 33 yo now. My mood always swings badly whenever it comes to M. I'll tend to imagine or have lots of negative thoughts .
I think you can try "red dates water". Just boil the red dates with water, add some "peen tong" (brown sugar) if necessary for a taste. It helps to sooth your hormones a bit, and will also helps your emotions a bit.
