其實可能睇下自己生活習慣同飲食習慣，supplement 啲成份天然都ok，例如有D藍莓素成份都好天然
呢個世界唔係天然就ok, 這是一個很愚昧的想法，維它命A是視覺不可缺的，人只要食適量肝就足夠，亂咁食supplement A會做成女畸胎，維它命D是會速進造骨細胞活躍，但亂咁食反而會令造骨細胞取出骨的鈣令骨質疏鬆，奧米加3 同6 亂咁食也會令身體發炎
