我覺得要平均食野 如果真係要食維他命 咁不如食惠氏果隻materna
呢隻真係幾好,又方便,一日一粒就OK!
要食多D魚呀,但饅魚個D就唔好食喇, 唔鍾意食魚既可以買孕婦魚油補充DHA, 對BB對眼會大D精靈D嫁。
