(新手一問)燜雞翼要幾耐先入味呀?



  • 岩岩開始學煮野食,
    之前炒下菜咁都冇咩難度,
    今次想挑戰下薯仔燜雞翼,
    想搜集下大家既食譜,
    最好唔好咁難啦…
    我新手黎咖咋...
    thz!!



  • 煎煎d薯仔先,

    又煎煎d雞翼,

    佢地一變金黃色就起,

    跟住爆香蔥,洋蔥,蒜同薑,

    放番d薯仔雞翼落去,

    加老抽,酒,生抽,蠔油同水,

    跟住等到咁上下放粒冰糖,

    攪掂

    我同你大致一樣,

    不過會用濃湯寶燜,

    skip左d調味,

    如果你唔係太重口味既話連醃雞翼都唔駛,

    真係好簡單,

    你可以跟佢個食譜煮,

    應該冇咩難度,

    新手都OK

    我鍾意用玫瑰露,

    雖然幾十蚊得細細支真係幾貴..

    但落左香好多!

    樓主可以試下喔!

    仲有,記得煮雞翼之前要落薑飛水!

    其實佢係高湯,

    唔係味精,

    所以我相信就應該唔會影響健康既,

    用佢都係因為佢方便同好味姐,

    唔駛花咁多時間去調味,

    岩我呢d懶人

    而家d人成日要放工先煮飯,

    少左好多時間可以鑽研煮野食,

    用呢d可以易d煮得好食,

    又唔駛預早醃野,

    其實又真係幾方便既,

    不過我都係一時時用,

    有時會想試下自己調味功力heehee~~~
