早餐齋食蘋果減唔減到肥架?~

  • 我一定要食得飽, 否則會胃痛, 所以齋食蘋果對我黎講一定唔得, 因為我胃痛會食返多左野, 到時仲衰....

    <br>其實即使有D食物,食左會好易肥, 但食少少都要, 因為每種食物都有佢既營養, 所以齋食蘋果係好唔健康架....

  • 你只係食個萍果, 一來唔夠飽, 二來無營養. 其實減肥都有好多方法. 我試過都好多野, 好似消腩之類果d. 我婚前發覺食消脂丸/或者阻止吸收脂肪既丸再加運動係好有效.

    <br>我宜家就用緊消脂丸再配合做機通淋巴, 都ok架. 好過食生果或者咩西柚餐減肥. 西柚餐減肥我又試過, 因為西柚太酸我個胃頂唔住, 仲有就係會腳步浮浮.
