You can try Dr. Yeu Yee Man. He is a nice doctor and he explained all the details to me. I had my eyebag operation in his clinic last year and the result is quite good. His nurse is also very nice and I'm happy that they are not "hard sell". The nurse has followed up my case after the operation and if you have any queries, you can call them or even visit them again if you don't mind to go the clinic again. In fact, I did some research before the operation and Dr. Yeu was referred by other sisters who had operation in his clinic and the comments were quite positive.
