壓力大到瞓唔到,點算好?



  • 呢排因為工作嘅問題,搞到壓力好大。放工番到屋企仲要做,
    撻落床都不停諗公司野,根本就瞓唔到,仲試過發夢俾上司鬧…
    而家諗緊好唔好食安眠藥,但又怕一食返唔到轉頭

    安眠藥食得多都唔好,食左係可以比你瞓到,但係就好易會依賴隻藥~你而家最好就係放鬆自己先有用~

    唔係成日食,但就怕食左之後就依賴左佢...又好似唔係咁好



  • 安眠藥同melatonin都會有依賴性.....
    食DHA試下,DHA係舒緩情緒同壓力,會適合你多啲㗎!

    我都有諗過睇中醫,但睇完都冇時間去煲藥

    咁你一係試下飲農本方個隻失眠沖劑,都幾有效。至少冇副作用先喇~
