之前係YxxBxxxxx落左訂(HK$一萬左右),想買一個三萬幾既療程, 但後尾諗諗下唔想買,要求美容院比我轉買其他大概萬幾蚊既療程, 點知佢地話公司規定要比多一倍既錢先可以轉其他, 但我落訂時佢地完全無講過,我問佢地條款有無列明,職員只係比我睇有條例話限期前唔比埋尾數就當放棄訂金, 打去佢地CS又話會覆返我,等左一個星期都無回覆, 頭先打去又話CS唔係度,問佢幾時會返又話唔知
請問點先投訴到?如果打去消費者委員會會唔會受理?
