原來每日行一萬步,真係唔易做到



  • 最近有個親戚佢有糖尿
    陪佢睇醫生果陣講開
    話其實每日行到一萬步
    可以減低患糖尿/ 肥胖/ 心臟病既風險
    於是我決定每日計下行唔行到
    但原來返工既話
    一日行得多都只係行到三千幾步
    除左返工放工每次行到6、700步之外
    其餘時間真係冇咩機會郁動

    係呀, 係nokia 新既apps, 叫health mate, 係sell 健康方面既野... 我開頭都以為佢梗係搞電話, 原來而家已經玩埋健康產品添, 除左apps, 其實仲有其他周邊產品, 你得閒留意下啦
