晚晚都要係張床碌勁耐先訓到



  • 唔知係唔係因為最近返工比較大壓力,幾乎日日都要ot3-4個鐘,搞到失眠問題愈來愈嚴重
    以前都只不過係可能要訓係床到大約一個鐘先訓得着,但係而加往往都要係床到碌夠幾個鐘先可以訓到教
    明明放工返到屋企個人已經好攰,但係精神上又處於一個好崩緊既狀態,跟住唔夠訓第二日又冇精神...
    同埋我有時會搞到好夜先食飯,唔知到關唔關事,最近都發覺自己輕左好多



  • 樓主我諗你係工作壓力真係實在太大,因為我以前都曾經試過返一份日日都要ot既工
    搞到個人長期都好煩躁又訓得差,依個問題真係要轉工先解決到



  • 你係咪臨訓前成日用電腦/用手機做野? 臨訓前個心情唔夠放鬆就好容易會影響睡眠質素
    試下盡可能放鬆心情,唔好諗工作上既野



  • 試下訓前沖個熱水涼/浸下腳,我個人認為真係可以有效幫助放鬆心情

    just get less OT, and do more exercises la



  • 我諗你真係用到自己太盡啦,夜晚唔夠訓真係會對身體造成好多影響
    長遠來講係好危險,可能你而加後生個身體仲頂得順,但係年紀一大少少就會有好多問題
    個人認為如果你真係靠自己係放鬆唔到既話,不如搵人幫下手啦
    我去過德善做健康管理,因為都發覺自己身體因為長期工作,食冇定時又唔夠訓差左好多
    我知佢嗰到有個薰蒸係專for舒緩緊張同改善失眠既,如果你個問題真係咁嚴重既話不妨去試下
