晚晚都要係張床碌勁耐



  • 唔知係唔係因為最近返工比較大壓力,幾乎日日都要ot3-4個鐘,搞到失眠問題愈來愈嚴重
    以前都只不過係可能要訓係床到大約一個鐘先訓得着,但係而加往往都要係床到碌夠幾個鐘先可以訓到教
    明明放工返到屋企個人已經好攰,但係精神上又處於一個好崩緊既狀態,跟住唔夠訓第二日又冇精神...
    同埋我有時會搞到好夜先食飯,唔知到關唔關事,最近都發覺自己輕左好多!



  • 可以變相減肥~



  • 揾多個人陪碌會有幫助



  • 樓主我諗你係工作壓力真係實在太大,因為我以前都曾經試過返一份日日都要ot既工
    搞到個人長期都好煩躁又訓得差,依個問題真係要轉工先解決到



  • 試試按摩或聽吓柔和音樂,yoga 都可以幫助到
