戴bra可以改善駝背?



  • 朋友話我成日都好似駝背咁…
    叫我試下用個d美胸衣個種…
    話會有少少幫助…
    但我自己真係冇咩聽過尼個講法?

    但唔知點解都有駝背,如果功能bra有用都想試,想知背部動作大概有咩動作先?



  • 其實有好多...可以介紹比你





    1) 超人...平瞓地上,背向天,双手双腳伸直,眼望前,双手双腳離地hold系半空5分鐘,中間吾夠力瞓低吾緊要,儘炔爬番再hol


    2) 划船, 用兩dumbell(或水樽)站立,腿小小曲,微微俯身向前,手持啞铃提至身側(手肘貼身),拉至髖関節....





    呢兩個動作我經常叫d客做,又安全,又易做...





    就算保平時对電腦坐得直,甘你吾对电腦果陣呢?! 基本上你本身背部肌肉太鬆,甘你自然会寒背. 可能你重有round shoulder..





    練好背肌重有個bonus,就系胸部睇上去更加挺.





    莫實重有好多方法練,呢度講吾到甘多,(例如trx fitball)

    最緊要係容易著容易除,又唔會肋住好辛苦。


    個shape係真係靚左唔少既…
