放假要搵d野做充實下



  • 呢排生活都幾充實,幾滿意!以前放假通常都會係屋企訓成日,以為咁就冇咁攰,點知第日番工中攰過放假之前!之後就慢慢開始轉變一下,上網搵過d資料,原來放假既時候出去做下運動其實個人真係會精神d,但其實本身我都唔係好做運動,突然要去做都唔知做咩好,所以我就揀做一好多女仔都會做既瑜伽,貪佢比較靜態同易上手,咁岩又見到有隻叫岩盤瑜伽,聽個名都幾新鮮,咪去試下囉,去到環境都唔錯,而且有衫可以換又有毛巾,連衫都唔使帶,夠哂方便,成個課程我都可以應付到,d動作唔會太難太誇張,而且導師都會走黎教下你,感覺好好,做完之後個人有d累,但個身體又好放鬆,個感覺好奇妙,而且果晚訓得好好,之後都係keep住放假就去做瑜伽,感覺個人真係會精神左,冇咁攰,而且中覺得好充實tim!
